2.1 Coaching Services

We provide coaching services designed to support personal development and well-being. Our services include, but are not limited to, individual coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and related activities.​

2.2 Scope of Services

Our services are strictly limited to coaching and do not encompass therapy, counseling, or any form of medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications for any physical or mental health conditions. Our coaching services are informed by external certifications, independent studies, and professional training unrelated to any formal medical or therapeutic education.​

3. Legal and Ethical Disclaimer

3.1 No Promotion of Illegal Substances

We do not condone, encourage, facilitate, or engage in the use, procurement, or distribution of illegal substances, including psychedelic substances. Our services are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not provide referrals to any providers offering guided psychedelic experiences, nor do we assist clients in obtaining illegal substances. ​

3.2 Harm Reduction and Educational Purposes

Our psychedelic integration coaching services are intended solely for harm reduction and educational purposes. They are designed to support individuals in processing and integrating past psychedelic experiences. These services do not involve the administration, supervision, or provision of any psychedelic substances. ​

3.3 No Medical Advice

The information and services we provide are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. ​

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Personal Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our coaching services. Clients acknowledge that any life changes or decisions are their own responsibility.​

4.2 Disclosure of Information

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information as necessary for the effective provision of services. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the quality and outcome of the services provided.​

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

Coaching fees range from $45 to $75 per hour, based on the client's financial circumstances, at the discretion of our team. We strive to keep our services accessible and encourage clients who may have financial constraints to discuss care options or other resources with us.​

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payments are due immediately upon completion of each session. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo, Wise, or Zelle.

5.3 Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once a session has been conducted, the associated fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction of the client.​

6. Scheduling and Cancellation

6.1 Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule sessions; however, rescheduling is subject to our availability and discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability.​

6.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original cost of the session, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, as determined at our discretion.​

7.1 Commitment to Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during coaching sessions.​

7.2 Legal Exceptions

Confidentiality may be breached if required by law, such as in cases where there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or if there is a legal obligation to disclose certain information.​

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Maria Osero, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or Website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.​

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maria Osero, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or Website, or your violation of these Terms.​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pinellas, Florida, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.​
