My Story

I'm Mária, a biracial, multicultural, LGBTQIA+, and first-generation American rooted in the resilience of my ancestors. My path has taken me around the world, shaping my work as a healing arts practitioner, coach, and clinical therapist in training. With a background in biomedical science, mental health, and holistic modalities, I bridge Western and integrative approaches to wellness. My journey has been one of resilience, intuition, and devotion to transformational healing—blending plant medicine facilitation, trauma-informed care, and holistic practices to empower others on their own paths.
